1950 ford shoe box

Hi everyone, looking for some u joint info/advice for my 50 shoebox. I need to change the slip yoke on my original driveshaft to accommodate a C4 trans. Does anyone know of a conversion u joint made for this or what type of u joint is used on the original 50 driveshaft?

take it to a driveline shop tell em what you want to do and they'll fix ya up using your drive shaft
