some might remember that i had a real nice 31 coupe that i sold to buy a 55 Stude Speedster. well, i had sellers remorse immediately and wanted another A real bad. sold the Stude to generate some cash, and went on the hunt. looked (on the computer) at cars in Ga. N.Y. Wi. & other far off locales. found this one 15 miles from home. going to pick it up today. hope i'm not jinxin' the deal by posting too early.

Looks like a good car. I did the same thing looking for another Model A coupe on line all over the country and found one about 15 miles from home.
Keep us posted and good luck.

all my pictures have that date. thats the day i lost my virginity. just kiddin', i have no clue on how to change the date. the A is at my garage. i did not jinx myself. makin a list of parts and what i need to find in the HAMB classifieds. doesn't look like it will need much, just hotrod stuff. if i keep the fenders, & use 35 16" wires, can i still use a 4" dropped axle? these pics are before we loaded it & brought it home.

Nice, I sure hope a 4 inch dropped axle will work with those tires, wheels and fenders as I plan to run the same setup.

addictive little cars. rode in one years ago and promptly needed one in a bad, bad way.

that's looking like a fine project you've found there...

FYI. My Model A runs 16" wires, full fenders and 4" drop axle, so yes it can be done
