Never had a chance, Dad was into antique and classic cars, mom used to drop me off at grade school in a 67 - 427 Vette (dad still has that coupe), or the other "everyday car", a 64 Grand Prix with 389 tri power with the bolt on aluminum wheels! I got a Nash Metropolitan at 12 instead of a go cart, rattled it around the side yard. At 14 I got a pair of Corvairs, and got them running, sold them to buy a 1959 Vette (they were still affordable back then). I've been incurable ever since. Married a great girl, her father was into antique and Chrysler 300 letter cars so she understands and shares my passion.Interact
