retired structural engineer from the shipbuilding world and have loved custom and classic rides since youth. married 49 years last week with 2 children and 7 grandchildren. my love of the clasics is based on the human talent to design, fabricate, restore and perserve a wonderful machine. my wife also shares my passion as we attend local car shows and crussies. when i was able to roll on the floor and do the work money would not permit, now i have the truck of my dreams i have to hire most of the work done. let me tell you getting there is half the fun. i am all about real steel and not plastic and fiberglass. it's my intent to keep this '39 gmc and mabe request my son drive me to my final rest in it, what a way to go.
