Grew up reading hot rod magazines and building models of hot rods and drag cars.

Started going to drag races with my older brother in the late 50's when I was still a grade school kid. My early hero's were the Gasser & A/FX drivers.

Made my first pass down the strip in 1971 in a 1964 small block V8 4 Speed Mercury Comet modified with a little help from my dad, friends, and our family mechanic Jimmy Griggs who was a race car builder and driver.

Met my sweetie in 1971, and she shared my love of drag racing, classic cars, and hot rods. We both drag raced in NHRA division 2 stock eliminator and brackets till about 1980

Me & My wife Patricia still love going to car races, car shows, and Cruise In's. We especially like the old iron and fat fenders.

Our finances don't allow for any car projects at this time.

I must say though, that we really admire the skill and hard work of the people who still build those beautiful old classic cars, and hot rods for all to enjoy.
