My dad bought a 1991 camaro about 16 years ago. I learned to drive on it (5 speed ) and i now own it. My sister had a 1998 Z28 which I worked on for her. She sold it and broke my heart by not letting me buy it. I vow to never get attatched to a car and then sell it no matter the circumstances. I only bought the camaro to keep it from falling into the wrong hands. It has taught me a lot of patience and remains the only thing my dad and I have in common. Ill never sell it and always be making it better until I can give it back to my dad in a state that will make him proud to own it again. The Chevy II was the first car my fiance purchased together and she is learning with me and always wants to help work on it. I hope to have it ready for my daughter to drive to high school. I have about 14 years to get it ready.
