    47 pontiac fastback coupe waiting
Always been into cars, starting with the Henry J I bought for the $16 towing fee, and a 55 chevy 2 dr HT for $5. I remember sitting at an OK Used Car lot in a '56 Corvette that was $900. I once traded a go-cart for a '27 high top T, and got a '48 Anglia (with a fiberglass front end), for a pair of VW bucket seats. I paid $90 for a '41 Chevy and drove it home. I had a '63 split window corvette that mom sold for $2200 after the Army got me. The payments were more than the $90.60 a month I made as a buck private. Once I traded a crank-up record player for a steel 1914 T tub. A 1950 VW for $20. A '43 Ford jeep was my summer daily driver for 15 years. But for the past couple of years I've been gathering parts for a Model A/V8 build that has finally commenced.
