Cruised Hatboro in the late 70's and early 80's with a 1964 Polara 500 Ramcharger and a 1951 FLH. Hatboro was a cruise town and on the weekends we'd hang out, cruise York Road with our bikes and cars. Did our best to avoid the Cops who would run use out of town if we got to rowdy. Drink a few beers, smoked a few blunts in McDonalds parking lot or on the street corner and looked for someone to race for bragging rights until next weekend when someone else tried to come along with a faster car. On a good day my Max Wedge would turn low 11's high 10's when it was ran at Atco or Maple Grove. Were plenty of fast street cars up for the challenge to claim they were the fastest car in Hatboro. We'd get bored of racing each other and head to Decatur Road in Philly of High Street in Pottstown to find someone else to race other then the same cars in Hatboro.
