I grew up with no money and had to make whatever I could get cheap into my transportation. Started with a 1951 Chev coupe. Then a 55 chev, then a 57 chev. Built a 23 T bucket along the way. Had a 1948 ford panel truck along the way also. Finally got enough money to buy a new 67 chevelle. Traded the chevell for a 68 ply GTX with a 440. ended up with a 69 Dodge Super Bee. Built a VW baja bug with full race parts. Drove it from TX to the tip of Baja twice. Had to get away from building anything for several years due to work requirements. Started on my trucks 6-7 years ago and am almost done with the 49.
