Hate to sound like the movie Grease, but tell me more, tell me more. I know I have a vintage + ground regulator, I need to know what you altered in your car. I don't want to sell you something you can't use. I can also rebuild generators. I have a Crumbliss tester & many generators. Fenton

I didn't alter anything. I scrounged up a generator of unknown origin. Rebuilt it and am putting it on an Olds 394 in my A. I did get a regulator.
        Thanks.

It's an unknown generator that I put on my Olds 394 in my model A. I think I got it figured out thanks to the input from the guys here.
