Got into it all through my grandfather who was a car guy in the 30's, 40's and 50's. have some great pictures of him in hot rods and muscle cars. I was supposed to get his 1951 dodge pick up when i turned 16 but due to some family financial issues it was sold when i was 12. the guy who bought it took it from a perfectly restored truck to a hack job of a hot rod so it will never be the same truck.... if he decides to sell it i am first on the list though. I am interested in trying to recreate a car i have only seen in pictures of my grandfather, it is a "boat tailed" roadster of unknown origin.
