In 1960 I bought my first car at 15, Dad made me sell it the next day, '35 Chevrolet. My buddies drove that car deep into Mexico three different Spring Breaks on surfing trips and finally blew it up coming up the Torrey Pines grade after surfing all day at Swami's.
