I joined the HAMB in 2008 when I bought my '40 Ford. I took the car completely apart and have spent the last five years putting it back together. Its painted at this point and we're soon to be putting it back together. I hope to be driving the car some time this fall. The '50 Ford I bought two years ago to give to my dad. He drove one back in his high school years and has always wanted to have one again. It has the original flathead with a three speed in it, it runs and drives okay but will need cosmetics from a to z. It all takes time and money, and I don't have a lot of either, but the journey is a fun one. Thanks to all of the people on the HAMB who have given me a lot of valuable advice.
