- Recently bought a 1950 Chevy Sport Coupe. The car has had a fair amount of work done on it and my current goal is to get it legal and safe. When those two tasks are accomplished I plan to drive it a lot. I've had a '50 and a '51 in the past.

A friend took me to a drag race when I was 13 (1964) and I was hooked. I couldn't believe the dragsters, gassers and other cars that were so weird and cool, so quick and fast and racing them was legal. AND adults were doing it. Amazing. I ended up getting into street rods (hot rods) after that. I just love to drive and play with the old cars.Interact
