I have been drawing cars since I've been old enough to hold a pencil/crayon, and I grew up around muscle cars and 4x4's most of my life thanks to my dad. I was a bit of a late bloomer (16-17)when it came to working on cars. When I started Industrial Design at college, I realized it wasn't as far fetched as I'd been told, that designing cars (for production) could be a real possibility. That was up until I realized the funds needed to go to a reputable design school(CCS,ACCD) was out of my reach. Finally after graduating college, I got back into my love of older cars, and all things modified, so I started my company Mind's Eye Concepts doing custom hot rod design and illustrations for small shops and individuals in the area. I still do all my work by hand, nothing digital, mainly because I haven't taken the time to utilize the computer as a tool yet. I love to fabricate and beleive anything can be built, and built well. It's been a steady slide into traditional hot rods and customs and love the history behind it all, and the way it "used to be". I'm very happily married (8yrs) to my wife Lindsey, and have 2 kids, my son Emerson (5), and my daughter Peyton (3-1/2).
