- Two Real Deal 1932 Fords, 3-w and Deluxe Roadster. '55 Chevy Del Ray.
Bought a '35 Ford from an uncle at 13 yrs. Then it all began. Built and raced a '55 Chevy c/gas, bracket car in '65,'66,'67 at Lions, Irwindale, Carlsbad, Fontana. Car was a 210 Sedan, 4 speed, tube axle, Olds rear end, named "WHITE LIGHTNIN". Ran 11:20 @121 with 327 and 10:80 @129 with 396 bored to 427. Raced at the Winternationals in Pomona '67.
