I am a Licensed Automotive and Truck Mechanic that manages the Fleet Maintenance department of a nearby city. I grew up working on trucks and cars with my dad who was a trucker. I built my first hot rod Model A coupe with a big block chevy then sold it to go racing. I raced oval track cars in Ontario, New York and Michigan for many years and then went boat racing down south. I crewed for an unlimited offshore team and won the 1993 National Championship. After returning to Ontario I built a vintage modified with a '30 Essex coupe body but again sold it before racing it to go back to boats. I built and crewed for a Factory 2 APBA team and built a few deep V boats for people around here. Finally left that to stay closer to home, built a hot rod '67 GMC, then started on my '41 Ford pickup and now a '30 Model A pickup that I bought off a friend's dad a week before he was killed in a tractor accident. It was used fro many years on his strawberry farm so I will keep it as original as possible in his honor.
