    The Societal Ills
I've always been a car nut; officially since 1964 (age 9); studied car design at Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles (age 19).........worked briefly in Italy at Pininfarina designing Ferraris, etc. Alfas (age 25),..............woke up at age 40 with Rheumatoid Arthritis, which disabled me; realized that old American cars were not only easier for me to drive than the foreign sports car that I had at the time (not to mention better looking than the trash they call cars today). Moved to New Mexico and saw all of the cool old cars still on the road, along with the usable shells and parts in the ditches and arroyos which finally got me into Hot Rods and Customs!
