I started with building car and airplane models 50 years ago. That led to the hot rods and customs, and this wonderful hobby that I so much enjoy today. I've owned over 60 cars but my "wish list" seems to grow every year.

I enjoy the "build" more than waxing and cleaning the car when it is finished. I'm mostly a traditional type of car guy. I don't like to see styles mixed on one car. Making multiple changes on a car just to say you made them does not make the car look better. The factory designers often had it right when it comes to style.

My biggest fear is that the government will step into our hobby and eliminate our enjoyment in the name of environmental progress. We are already seeing this happen in California.
