Started hanging around a neighbor's garage when I was about 12 years old. He was an autobody man by trade who owned several hot rods. I learned autobody and worked in a local custom paint shop while I went to school. I went away to college, got a job, got married, had kids etc... I got back into cars in 1995 and built a 67 "Pro-Street" Nova. I know it is not HAMB compliant but this site has best information hands-down. I did the entire project vowing that everything had to be done in my garage. It took me 71/2 years to complete but it was worth it. People told me that "Pro Street" was out of style. I DON'T CARE! I love big tire cars.

Acquired a new project in 2008. 1959 Nash Metropolitan, rusty as hell! It was a 5 year project which included 3 1/2 years of rust repair while it was on a rotisserie. Mostly stock with a bit of motor work done to the tiny Austin engine. Fun to drive around town.

Out of room in my garage. Would love to build another car but have settled on restoring a few vinatge mini bikes for the time being.
Just picked up a 1947 Cushman "Step-Thru" scooter in terrible shape, good project for next winter.

New chapter in my life, finished Cushman, sold "Pro-Street" Nova and bought a van. I purchased one of the Vonage Vans. It is a 1963 Econoline. This will be a major build and will probably take me around 3 years.
