Born in to cars. I joined the Minnesota Street Rod Association and NSRA In 1972 at age 17. Bought my '34 Sedan Delivery in '74, the '57 Chev in '82, and the '36 Dodge in '89.
My late father was an early hot rodder. Built his 1st hot rod in 1947 at age 17. He was still into cars up to his sudden and unexpected passing at age 78 on March 18th 2009. He bought the Cord in May Of 1962 when I was 7 For $50.00. I still have it. Also still have the '34 Ford 4 Door Sedan he bought in 1968 For $325 as well as the '27 Model "T" Roadster he built from nothing and the '30 Model "A" Sport Coupe he was working on at the time of his passing.
