learned by doing, I watched my older brother work on his rides while I was growing up and that's how it all started. I chopped my first top when I was 24 and I have done a bunch since then. I was never to afraid to try any project and I learned the hard way..trial and error. I do alot of custom machine building and special fixtures..stamping dies... so the custom fabrication comes pretty easy, I have my own shop and have all the tools of the trade. I do the paint on my rides and my wife is a wiz on the sewing machine so she takes care of the inside. I started Crafty B Nostalgic Speed about 1 year ago with just one Halibrand style gas cap and now that I have a year under my belt I have learned a ton on casting and pattern making. I have a website now to show my product line..now I have over 30 sand casted vintage race inspired products. Im super busy all the time but I try to find time to build at least one car a year.
