My dad and I built '39 chevy and 34 olds when I was growing up. Then friends gave me pieces of 30 roadster to build, I bought a 62 merc with v8 auto to use as drive train for it. Built it then got drunk and sold it for $50 and case of beer(30 yrs. ago. young stupid and drunk). Fast forward 25 yrs. Went to street rod nationals, got bit by the bug. Bought 34 International P.U. project, and T-bucket, corvette running gear. My son and I took apart T-bucket, rebuilt ground up traded P.U. for interior, then sold T. Bought Model A coupe tore it down, rebuilding it ol'school with 2" chop top, 15" ww and steelies, cycle fenders, 239 flattyedmunds 2pot intake, offy heads, 50 merc o.d. trans, mustang box steering, 32 shell.Frame kicked up 9" in rear. Sold it.
    What a dumbass.
Now have a 30 coupe in the process of being built 60's style show rod, won't sell this one.
