I should say my photos as there may be more threads by now.

I didn't go down until Sunday and the 332.2 mile round trip was worth it. Probably not the absolute best Portland Roadster show but a good one none the less. While there were indeed a number of cars that had been in the show year in and year out there seemed to be a lot less "filler" cars filling up the back rooms and the two main rooms seemed to have a bit more room as the cars weren't jammed in quite as tight as in past years.

    Here goes.

You going on a "road trip and leaving me home?

Ot but it kept the kids young and a bit older entertained by sitting inside and listening to the blown hemi sounds. The little farts were grinning ear to ear when they got out.

The 54 Buick that Bill Ross built a number of years ago still looking great. The current owners had it on their showboard that Bill had built the car, not something you always see with a car that has been around a while.

Mr Model T and his fearless sidekick were there with their T's Many of us followed the build on the green one and it now has a fresh banger all set to terrorize owners of new super cars when they get a "ride".

You gotta have a pair of big ones to drive this thing down the freeway at 65.

Nice Ranchero back in the corner by the model cars.

For five bucks extra you could get a ticket to the gun show.

Watched him arm strong it out of the parking space in the rain on my way back to the car.

That's it, click on any photo and check the album if you want to see the rest of it.

There were only a couple those things there and I think that was one of them but I didn't take a photo of it.

I was there Sunday as well and took nearly the same pics. Pretty good show. The first hall was impressive in terms of workmanship but I think the 3rd hall was the best; real hot rods. The orange '32 5W in the 3rd hall is almost exactly how I was going to build mine. I love orange but I may re-think my colour choice now. Damn! In the 2nd hall the "Deuce for the Road" car does anyone recognize the wheel covers it was wearing? I'm thinking '56 Dodge Lancer.

  26. Thanks for taking the time to post. The quality of the builds out there in the PNW is pretty high.
