  20. The wheels have a Cadillac look about them and the hood sides could be 1930 Cadillac. I wonder if it is based on a stretched Cadillac chassis?

    I think you are correct on the wheels. If someone can zoom in on the radiator script I think is says RAPID, a popular truck and bus maker.:)
