    Hi,
On ebay i see these frames in 2" chopped and chrome from$185 to $500 and
in parts catalogs up to $600.

    Plain ones are $400..

    I don't expext good chrome on a $185 frame , but i don't build a show car
    so i don't care.

I may even paint the frame black
    Don't know yet.

I'm only concered about shape/fitment and if it'S thin steel so that it woobles....

Like everybody these day money is tight , but i don't want spend my money
    on junk parts....

    Ideas?

    TIA
    Michael

I've used Vintique '32 Roadster-Phaeton windshield frames chopped and stock. They work well. The ones I got were not plated. The FOGGER

I've bought several from Baxter Ford Parts In Lawrence KS. Don't know who the manufacture is but they have been top quality.

FYI the inexpensive frame are made in Taiwan, other is USA, slight difference in price may be due to vendors purchasing unplated frames and having the local plating shop do the work. Pricing then is a comparison of the quality of the plating.

Trautwein stuff is NICE ... and only a little bit more.

His windshield frames are some of the BEST reproduction pieces I have seen :)

Vintique does not produce a '32 roadster windshield frame.

Who makes a duvall or hallock style windshield for the 32 roadsters??? Besides Speedway.

I wonder if the sellers 30-31 style will fit if modified??

As I stated above, I've purchased 2 '32 Ford windshield frames from Vintique. Call Derek at C W Moss for conformation. I personally picked them up at the Orange, Ca. store. Both came in a Vintique box. GFY, The FOGGER

    Thanks for all the information.
The Frame will be for a "for sale" car, so it doesn't has to be perfect.
