How do I subcribe to a new thread?

Hi,

I've been trying to subscribe to the Friday Art show group but it won't let me subscribe. What gives?

When you click on the thread, there's a gray button next to "Post Reply" that says "Thread Tools" on it. Last option in the drop down.
