REAR shackle fix for 49-60 full size fords anyone used these

That what I want to know, I bet the make a plate that turns the u shaped hangar into a standard straight two bushing style, I don't think I want to spend the 220.00 dollars

From the description on the Gearheadcruiser page, they sound like the leaf spring slider mounts sold by Speedway. Looking at the Speedway mounts, they do look like they would allow the spring to sit closer to the frame, lowering the rear a bit. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
