Do any of you know of any local apartments that offer garage space? I have to find a new place soon so I need to start planning. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

how soon is soon? And what price range? There's some apartments by my house (west laguna) being built as we speak and they have their own garage.

I'm figuring 700 or so. I know only 700 makes finding garage space extremely hard but its either that, or start looking into buying a condo as I can't afford a house.
