I need a set of intake/exhaust manifold washers for my '54 inline 6. Anybody have any idea where I can get some?

I could also use a coupl of motor mounts for the same engine (the mount that bolts to the side of the engine, that is).

Thanks folks,
Jay

What's the matter with plain old Ace Hardware washers?

Try Clifford, Patrick's or Impala Bobs...don't have any addresses for them tho!!!

Go to inliners.org, and click on the banner for Langdon's Stovebolt.

These are those oval deals that hold both the intake and exhaust manifolds onto the block at the same time. They're shaped like jelly beans, kinda. I want to install some Fenton headers, but I guess I need to file down some of these washers to make it work right, same deal with the motor mount. I'd just like to have a few extras in case I screw up - which I'm pretty good at.

Thanks guys.

do you still need some manifold washers ?
do you still need the mounts also?
are the 53 the same as 54's?

i have both washers and mounts from a 53 if they are the same they are yours.

email me your addy and i'll get them in the mail to you.

i'm a bit forgetful so it might take a week or two to get them out but i'll get them eventually.
