OK.. I broke down and bought this car. It's a '62 Imperial, 413, push-button 727, 60,000 original miles. This summer I'll likely run it stock, over next winter i'm thinking chrome reverse with skinny whites.. anywone wanna photoshop? It will be lowered of course. So anyway plan on seeing me around Michigan HAMB get-togethers and what-nots, and for SURE at Billetproof Detroit! Yesss...

So anyway I'm very excited and I wanted to share it with all of you guys. I'm driving to Pennsylvania next weekend to pick it up, and driving it home.

Yo, Tiny...interesting new ride ya got lined up there!

Take a ride over to Mancini Racing on Groesbeck between 13 and 15 Mile Rd in Fraser (if it's still there...but I'm sure it is!). A few years back, they had a complete dual quad Ramcharger intake set-up...the early 60s job with the REALLY long runners that put the carbs at opposite sides of the engine bay...THAT would look SWEEEEET on your new machine!!

Or, a 440 six-pack induction system could be bolted on for a LITTLE bit less cash!

I'll give $20 (American dollars) for the tail lights. j/k those are my all time favorite lights That looks like a nice ride. my mom gave me the 66 Chrysler convertible that she drove for 25 years. It has never been restored and doesnt need to be. She knows how I modify stuff and she said "dont do it". I thought about using some RED tempura over a good wax. Paint it ALL red including, stainless trim and adding a coontail to the antennae, then driving over to show her! Of course to completely 'ruin' the car, dual exhausts and mudgrip tires! It would have been funny. (as long as she didnt stroke out) You may have to wear a suit and smoke cigars when you ride around in your landyacht.

Tiny E, that's the car my folks had (only in white) when I got my drivers license. I used to drive it to school quite often. I think that's where the saying "Too cool for school" came from.
Enjoy.

T.E. - gorgeous car. Are you looking for factory two fours? I have an Offenhauser manifold I was going to use on my 413 but decided not to - bead blasted and ready to go. No carbs.

I love those cars. The headlight design and surrounding sheetmetal is so cool.

TinyE, nice looking car you have there. I would just lower it and use Astro's with skinny whites. Drive it and have fun.

That is my all time favorite Mopar product!

It's gotta have Chrysler Imperial (style at least) chrome wire wheels and the skinny whites....just gotta!

there is a white 62 a block from my house in an old guys backyard. The thing hasnt moved in 3 years but someone must wash it cause it's always clean.
If I wasn't such a nice guy I would have snagged the steering wheel and tailights by now.
