Pic posting question?

I didnt see the answer i was looking for in the pic posting sticky. I'm trying to post a pic from an online source, but it never shows up as a pic, just a hyperlink. I believe the problem is that when you right click on the pic and go to properties, the filename doesnt end in .jpg Any suggestions? here's the pic I'm trying to post:

When you see the text box you type in, click on the link that says "Insert Image" and paste the link in the pop-up window.

Ok, that didn't work either. I'd say you're correct.

Anyone? It works on some forums without the .jpg why not this one?

Even this pic, which is on the HAMB server already shows up as a link, not a pic.

I know!!!

When you highlight the link, you are not highlighting all of it. The property box will only show a certain number of characters.

So, when you find the pic you want, right click it, select properties, then click on the Address [URL] three times, real fast. The whole mess will highlight, you still won't see the hidden bits but they will show up when you paste.

Hmm...still no worky.

On the "post reply" screen, when I insert the image, the picture shows up, but when I post it, all that appears is the link:(

You can't clickand copy or link photos on the HAMB server........

Yeah, I know. I'm not sure why it does that unless it is a defense against people linking to pics stored here.
