Can you help me identify these wheel accessories?

First, this cover. The inner diameter is exactly that of the center cap of my 35 Ford wires:

If I can find the right hub cap, they would look great on a shoebox...

I've seen the second one before... those baffled me too. I suppose they wre used to give the look of a chromed steelie.. but would only work on a rim with center clips for a baby moon.

Rolf, .. I`m nut sure , but the upper cover might be
the centerpiece from a `36 Ford Spare-Tire Cover. (If so, whats missing is the Locking-device that goes in the middle )
