Great race poster, Brush! I had a guy in PA do a full size banner/poster of an old European Race announcement for one of the guys who works with me in my shop. He's into Delahayes, so I had him do it with one of those cars in it. You've got the style down pat!
Maybe you can do something on commish?

I got no new pics this week, but how's this for something old . For those of you who think pinstriping is only from the 50's , how 'bout the 1850's. this is a drive wheel off a John Watson & Co. horse drawn reaper. the hub on the picture is about 10" round and I counted 17 pinstripes around it. Not only that but the spoke ends are done + the inside of the outer rim + the seat, etc. The guy must have spent the day striping it , probably got paid a dollar !! 'Course the "assembly line in Ayr, Ontario, Canada probably only spit out one a day !

Haven't posted anything in quite a while so I'm jumpin' in the art show this week with one of my color pencil drawings. It's supposed to be a flathead motor but the Thickstun marine head covers usually throws most people. Shoulda just frickin' drew it with Edelbrock heads or somethin'...oh well.

pencil sketch, reference came from hamb classifieds imitation is the sincerest form of flattery i might try to tighten it up with the ol computer and add "reckless life" in a tat style font on the cowl side. Does anyone have a good source for elipses i couldnt do the wheels with the ones i have and it hurts the drawing even tho its not a tech drawing this board seems to get better every week very cool everyone
