Sorry for the OT but I know allot of you use Paypal, it is great I love it. But I got an email a couple days ago from Paypal accounts. It said to log on and verify some info. Well I will never follow a link in an email like that. It looked like the real thing from the "logon" button to the Paypal logo. But seemed a little odd so I forwarded it to Paypal and here is the reply

I got one too in the last couple of days and forwarded to paypal and got the same letter back. I also got one from ebay telling me some overseas customer had used my account so my account was frozen until I resent all my info. I logged on to ebay no problem so sent the letter along to them. These letters should be forwarded to spoof@ebay.com or spoof@paypal.com. for them to check out. Nutz.

That crap is going around with just about everything these days.
I got one from my internet provider about a year ago.
This is my rule of thumb, I don't give out info over the phone to people who call and request it.
And the same goes for the internet.

I keep getting those about PayPal as well. Funny thing, I don't even have an account with Pay Pal
