Draglinks, some info on that towbar?

Saw that you used a VW towbar for the 'Bean. I considered a similar bar for my car but thought it would be too sloppy. What did you do to get it to fit and do you have any pics? How did it ride?

Pulled great!!! it fits over the axle perfect. sat a little low due to the dropped axle but it never bottomed out.

the bar did slide to one side but I never had any binding or steering problems

I thought it might slide - that's why I asked. Thanks fo the pic though. Is the body getting the same sickly color of green as the chassis?

Im gonna add some black along with the wheels and black windshield with some chrome highlights from time to time
