lever arms for 5/16" shaft?

I'm looking for some carb linkage parts. Any sources? I know Enderle but I suspect bicycle shops or something like that would have what I need. While I'm asking, any source for 5/16" slotted shaft? I remember using some with sandpaper stuck in the slot for a cheap hone, but don't recall where I got it.

For the slotted shaft, just take a bolt and saw the head off, then hacksaw a slot in it. Thats what we used to do for wheel cylinder hones.
