Why do I get this screen?

Every now and then I'll click on a post and it will look like this. Refreshing doesnt see,m to help. What is causing it, and am I the only one that gets it?

Good question.

Hit <CTRL> and <F5> at the same time. This will clear your stored path's cache. This may help.

If it does it again, hit these keys again, when it is happening.

Everyone is getting a few errors right now but this will be remedied shortly.
