The floors in the wagon are almost finished ...these are the pictures of what was accomplished on saturday.....

In the back drivers side where the wood fits over the spare tire.......the rails were kinda rusty...

The area around the side of the rear seat is flat(pic #1)and is 20 gauge steel....it is about 4" wide and 9" long...
I do have beads in the large areas of the floor....front and rear ...and the spare tire area..

The floors are 18 gauge ....only the areas beside the rear seat and the rails,where the plywood will cover the spare tire are 20 gauge........HRP

This is the way it looked after the rocker panel was removed,,,,,BIG hammer and a couple of bloody knuckles!!!

We cut a cross section out to use for the pattern for the new piece ,,,,,measured about 20 times and bent it right the first time!!!

Nice work. My wagon just had front floors that needed to be done. Fortunately, no rear work needed. Looking forward to more.
