No explanation. That photo was posted on the National Desoto clubs site last year. I think it's been circulating on the internet for a little while. I think I know the road though. It's a windy mountain road just east of phoenix. It leads to a canyon "Lake" that all the trendy(asshole) boaters go to. They all drive their 4x4 haulers @ 60mph on a 15 mph road... no loss.
