Hello everyone. This is a re-try at my original crappy intro on HAMB. I realize now that this is more than just another post page, and more like a club of close friends sharing ideas and stories about their rides. I know I can't delete my original post from the board, but I have deleted all references to my company off of my profile.
A bit more about myself for those who have asked. I'm located in Portland Oregon, and go to the drags at PIR on a regular basis. I haven't missed a single year of the Portland Swap Meet since I was 5, and we have had a booth for the majority of the last 15 years. Currently my brother, dad and I are working on a '57 Studebaker Scotsman. It came with a Buick 430 w/400 trans. We nosed, decked and shaved it. Channeled it 5" and lowered it 2", a total of an 8" drop with 14" rims. Trimmed the rocker panels and put the fuel filler neck inside the trunk. Hand formed the tail light openings and made custom lenses. I have beeen dreamin about a '27 Tall Top T, chopped 6" for a project that I'm planning to start in the Spring. If anyone knows of one for sale in the Oregon area, drop me a line.
I look forward to this Fridays meet at PIR, and hope to talk with a few of you there who can make it. Thanks for reading.
