'59 Caddy Tail Light Question

Got a use for a '59 Caddy tail light lens, but I need to know some dimensions. Nobody I know around here has one I can measure and I'd rather not buy a repro unless I know it'll work.

Anyway, can anyone let me know what the base diameter of the lens measures and if it has a flange? Also, how long are they?

They don't have a flange. The light is 31/4 in dia. The lens has a crome bezzle/geegaw that's attached to it.
At least that's what mine measure. But mine are ropops, I don't have an original laying around.
