board setting question

right before the latest version of the hamb came out mine was super messed up on either ie or mozilla. i could only view it like it was supposed to look if i completely turned off my firewall z/a pro. then bam the new version came out and the hamb worked great on any browser. recently something changed and im back to having a messed up hamb. ive totally cleaned my cookies cache etc etc. anyone have any ideas short of turning off my firewall?

well im not sure what happened but my hamb is working pretty darn good now. i havent changed my settings at all. the actual posting area is still a little off but maybe its the boards way of telling me to stfu...lol. here is a screen cap of whats going on.
