Ryan or any moderator, flashing letter/envelope

Has the letter beside private messages always flashed all the time? Mine is and when I click on it nothing happens. I hit private messages beside it and I don't have any new messages, but the little letter is still flashing. Is this right? Maybe I just never noticed it flashing all the time before. Pat.

clear you temporary internet files and cache... Once finished, hit ctrl and f5 at the same time...

Hey Dennis, go to Start,Settings,Internet Options,and the first tab when you open will have a button that says DELETE FILES. That clears old temp files.-MIKE;)

Mike I did that to clear the temp files. (Actually a little different route with XP) Is that the same thing as clearing the cache? I did it and did the control F5 thing. The screen went "brown" (the shit bringle brown that's the background on either side of the HAMB frame) and when it came back the envelope is still a flashing:( :confused:
