upholstery guy question

How do you guys handle the left over material issue. I hate to throw anything away but I think this could get away from you in a heartbeat. Special storage bins? Limit yourself on size of piece you save? Thanks, dusty

I roll it up and store it in cardboard tubes. they stack up nice and neat. I staple a little square on the end of the tube so i know whats inside.
