Can't cut & paste in text box?

Humm, I thought we could before. I can paste into this box I type into, but I can't cut or copy anything out of it...:confused:

You using FireFox as a browser? There are Ctrl functions to do it. Ctrl+V is paste. I don't know what cut is...

no I have MSN. I coulda swore I could cut and paste before the recent updates. Now when I right click the only option is paste.

if you mean in the reply text box before posting you caint..

but if you preview reply first you can grab it there.

I can't reply, then cut or copy to paste my reply to an "edited" version of another reply. In other words, I like to reply to a number of different people in one post which means I need to be able to copy and paste replies but I can't do that anymore. I response to one quote per reply????

I tried the preview post then copy but it didn't work.:confused:

i can using ctrl+v to paste, ctrl+c to copy, ctrl+x to cut, using mozilla or ie depending on where i'm at.

Ok, I'm reply to this post per normal. I'm going to submit reply THEN I'm going to try to copy and paste another reply to another person on this same thread and edit my response to you to show two quotes from two seperate guys in this one post. :rolleyes:

I came back and edited this response, and copy and pasted the following. I couldn't copy in the "box" that I normally did BUT I could copy the "preview" portion. I can live with that. Thanks for your help guys.

I can copy off the forum, but not in this box, like the window 60's style posted. I guess I'll have to relearn those shortcut keys.
