Among the multitude of spam messages received today was one with a Yahoo address. I sent it to Yahoo and of course got back the "After careful checking it was determined that this was not a real Yahoo address blah, blah blah.......

At the end of their message was information from the spam I had sent them and at the very end was a URL to my Star Photo site address. What the hell? WTF too? Are the spammers using Star Photo's sites to harvest addresses? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Further more, lots of these spams are offering to enlarge my member or sell me Viagra. How do they know? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Im not sure if this is gonna help or not but..

If most of you guys are connected via a broadband conenction (meaning DSL, CABLE.. anything other than a dial up modem .. LOL!!) usually (but not always) your account includes at least 1 free email address as well as some free web space. I have DSL through verizon, and even though I have heard gobs of complaints about Verizon DSL, I havent had any problems.. but on top of that, I have 10 megs of FREE web space, to either make my own website or to host pics with. Umm 10 megs is quite a bit, so Im not sure why (it seems like anyways) a lot of you guys are using Starphoto.. Ive never checked it out though..

anways, Im drunk enough to have forgotten my point.. except this : broadband (usually) = free webspace. free webspace = NO SPAM..

ehh, I guess sometimes Im not that helpful LOL
