I actually didn't plan on driving my truck in this shit..I had it stored at a neigbor's place while he was in Fla, but he got sick and had to come home forcing me to move it (i'm not complaining, his health is more important).

It was either gonna sit in my driveway again, or drive it to a buddy's new shop about 18 miles from here.
Well, it sat outside just about all last year, and it kicked it's ass..so on the road i went to stick it inside..

I took this while i was driving with my camera/cel phone.(yeah i know, i've never been accused of being the sharpest crayon in the box)
Anyway, just thought it was a cool shot that some of you might get a kick out of..

Actually, yeah. I bought one of those "hot rod heaters" from Southern Rods.
It works the nuts!!
I wasn't cold at all..

This pic was taken about 3 weeks ago. Right now, the snow pile's are huge! We have been getting snow just about every day, non stop.
It would be tottaly lost now..i wouldn't even be able to see around corners.

I was suprised how clear it was too.
I sent a few pics to my e-mail, and they were all pretty good considering..i was impressed.

North Idaho is over run with almost new houses on the market. Californicators move up there, build a new house because they want to enjoy nature in a house custom made for them where no one else has used the toilet, and move back to California after 1 or 2 winters. I can't stand this weather to be honest. However, i like my family and friends so i'm here to stay unless everyone else go's too...
I can't imagine what it would be like not to have snow in the winter months. I know a lot of guy's love it. but i for one am finding as i get older..my tolerence level shrinks. sad part is i'm only 29, can't wait til i'm 59. Livin in the buthole of Michigan, I know snow all too well; especially this year! We have about 2 1/2 ft with another storm coming Mon and Tues.!!! Pakrat, Cool shot from the cab! I am from Albany originally so I know what you are going through.I moved to Cali 22years ago and I still don't miss the snow. Driving year round is definetly better then seasonal. Hang in there, spring is just around the corner.
