Some of Canadian HAMBers been asking why it's been awhile since I posted on the ol' HAMB. So here a quick up date.
Bought my house, ya fuckin' hooo for me! 10 acres in the mountains!
Going break ground on the shop in July so no car building till next year. Moving project cars and an entire household 1800 miles really really sucks in the winter.
Books are still moving along ,albeit slowly. I didn't forget about all those who pitched ideas. Just gotta get this move crap over with first and then full throttle!
Badpat, wideglide and the guys were great hosts at the Xmas bowling. too bad I don't bowl worth a shit so I just drank beer.
And Duke, check your email!

Cool, my wife wants to go to Osoyoos this summer. We went through there on our honeymoon and she loved it. Let me know if you hear of any rod runs up there. If you want to go to a decent small one day show, we'll be in Coulee Dam father's day weekend.

Nice looking place!! I plan to build my shop this year at the new place. There are some shows in the Okanagan and if anyone is interested I can post the days. There will be one in Summerland in May, one in Vernon in August, and one in Kelowna in September.

Nice looking house, and once you get the shop garage it will be even better.

You will have to change your HAMB name to "CoolPlaceInTheMountainsMan" now http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Congrats. Gonna have to change your username. Headed to Midway in July maybe you'll hold off on the housewarming bash?

Thanks guys! It's a dream coming true!!! Worked really damn hard to get this place. Now I figure out how to pay for it!
And EVERYBODY is welcome to stop by once I got it all together.
The shop I'm building is 45'x35 (3 cars wide, 2 deep) with a 800 sq. ft studio overtop. Gonna be killer!
The shows sound great but like I said nothing will be on the road this year, but I'll still go anyways.
And wideglide, it's a party everyday at my house! ha ha HA!
Hey Brush you REALLY wanna move out this way? I know of two really nice spots right behind. 10 and 12 acres.... Or maybe you like the Big Smoke too much to move!

That house looks beautiful! Congrats now you are a home ower...not owner. HA! Soon you will wonder why you didn't buy a place years ago.
