Hello All

I bought my 40 plymouth sedan back in 1990. I still have it. I have grown up around street rods most of my life. My dad has a nice 40 Ford sedan. I started putting together a 28 Ford. This will be a lakes style with a newer 4 banger and a 5 speed in it. I hope to do some racing with it. (road course, SCCA)
I tend not to post much, "it is better to stay mute and let people think you are a fool than to speak and remove all doubt."

I build pipe organs as a job. Yes really. Let the jokes commence!!!

Welcome from another Michigander. You should do well in building a set of headers for your car if you build pipe organs! Just kidding. Sounds like you have an interesting project good luck with it.

Funny thing about that. I did build a set of headers for the Plymouth. I thought they would make the car run better. I was going to go back to manifolds and stick with that but I got a line a beautiful 39 Chevy. I gotta have it. So I will have to sell the Plymouth.

Oh if you are in the Mich area. My shop does a lot of woodworking. I have already fixed a set of doors for a 36 Chevy. New wood. And done a dash for a Bucket T. I could be talked into doing more.

What is the name of your shop? What kind of work do you do there?

The shop name is Fowler Organ Co. We are in Lansing. We build, modify pipe organs. we also tune and maintain them as well. I do the auto wood working after hours. Me and a buddy are talking about making a teardrop trailer, We both just need space, time and money. of course dont we all.
